A republic style of government was attempted afterward, though this produced much of the same, unsuccessful results. The election ultimately failed the candidates, including former state senator Joel Chambers, voted for themselves, and no overseer was chosen. ZAX accepted this, though Baker had reservations about ZAX's wording of it being the "first experiment." Baker proposed a democratic election in the spirit of America. Fifty-two residents were admitted into the Vault, one of which, Sergeant Robert Baker, was let into the Vault early and was assigned as an assistant to ZAX, helping it learn about the qualities of a leader and how to best select one. Instead, a ZAX supercomputer, ZAX 1.3c, was installed in the facility, with the mission to determine the best way to select a leader. Unlike most other Vaults, Vault 51 did not have an overseer once it was sealed. So question 1 : can you build your other shelter entrence inside another shelter? or do all entrences need to be in original camp (ngl, the ability to build a real size vault seems kinda awesome! or prehaps a cave system)Ģ, are shelters nuclear proof? can you hide in them to survive nuclear strikes? (would make sense, and be usefull)ģ, can shelter entrences be destroyed by other players, monsters, nuclear missiles ect.Vault 51 sealed shut during the Great War in 2077. I've seen that you can build 1 of each possible shelters (that you have) in your camps (that sounds like a huge space upgrade!?) and you can build multiple entrences to the same shelter, Hi, so, not a fallout 76 player (yet) but after learning about the underground shelters, i got pretty existed, but i have a few questions about them.
